NEPAL

WE ARE GOING TO

OCTOBER 10-30

A journey to the spiritual heart of the Himalayas.

Nepal is a truly special country.

Located between India and Tibet, it is home to a vast expanse of the majestic Himalayan mountain range.

Its cultural wealth is as diverse as it is fascinating.

In the Kathmandu Valley, Newari culture reflects a beautiful synergy between Buddhism and Hinduism, where temples and rituals from both traditions coexist in harmony.

In the higher regions near Tibet, Tibetan culture flourishes, preserving the teachings of Buddhism for over 1,200 years.

And in the lowland areas, close to India, Hinduism is lived with depth and devotion.

Nepal is full of temples, stupas and monasteries.

Walking through it, one breathes a sacred atmosphere that naturally invites introspection and inner silence.

Its inhabitants still authentically practice this ancient spiritual path.

PILGRIMAGE

Himalaya Path treks are not just simple journeys.

They are contemplative pilgrimages, designed for those seeking to connect with themselves through silence, beauty, and presence.

On every hike through the mountains, we come across stupas, gompas, and ancient temples.

The path is thus revealed as a spiritual path.

Walking in silence, among snow-capped peaks and vast skies, gives us the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and deep introspection.

These mountains have been home to great yogis and practitioners who, for centuries, achieved contemplative and tantric realizations. Their presence has imbued the space with a naturally serene, meditative, and auspicious energy.

Therefore, exploring the Himalayas is not just a journey.

It is a transformative experience for the mind and heart.

MUSTANG

UPPER MUSTANG - 10 DAYS

Until three decades ago, the forbidden kingdom of Mustang was closed to tourism. Even today, very few fortunate people have the opportunity to visit this region bordering Tibet.

In Mustang, silence reigns in its valleys and the wind can be heard coming from the mountains.

One of Mustang's beauties is its architecture, which blends harmoniously with the desert landscape. Its temples and stupas will offer you moments of contemplation where you can rest your mind in its natural state.

Here the journey of contemplation begins by walking.

Daily we will hike for 5 to 8 hours, ascending to the highest point of 3897 m in Lo-Manthang.

This journey will take us deep into ourselves, inspired by the landscapes that surround us and meditating in monasteries.

I AM CHAI

And I want to take you to discover what I treasure most about the Himalayas: their contemplative energy.

The first time I traveled to these mountains in 2014, after 10 months of pilgrimage, studies, practices, and retreats, that trip changed my life.

I had returned to that place that my heart recognized as the home that in past lives was a light on my spiritual path.

Since then I have returned repeatedly to do solitary meditation retreats and pilgrimages following in the footsteps of my teacher Guru Rinpoche.

I have designed this trip with much love and dedication so that you can enjoy an unforgettable experience.
